SMC ShuttlesAll SMC campuses are connected by shuttle buses and vans. The Big Blue Bus Sunset Ride connects the Bundy Campus, the Main Campus, the AET Campus, and the Olympic Shuttle Lot and runs during the day. You will need your student ID Card to ride this line. SMC also operates a shuttle bus between the Performing Arts Center and the Main Campus and a small van service during the day between the Bundy Campus and the Airport Arts Campus. No ID is required for these lines. At night, SMC runs a shuttle service between the Bundy Campus and the Main Campus. Students are encouraged to park at one of SMC’s many satellite or shuttle lots to avoid the traffic congestion around the Main Campus. Park and Ride will save you time, money and the planet by reducing your idle and wait time. |
|
ParkingIf you plan to drive to campus, you should budget extra time for traffic and parking, which are particularly difficult during the first two weeks of school. This year the residential parking restrictions have increased. This results in a costly fine. Please do not plan to park in the neighborhood! Students can park for FREE at one of the SMC Satellite Campuses with a satellite parking decal. However, please note, that the Big Blue Bus Sunset Ride does not have evening hours. Evening students should park at Bundy and take the SMC shuttle that runs until approximately 10pm. You can find detailed information on parking lots, decals, and other helpful info on our parking website. |
