Students attending classes at 1227 2nd Street may park in the city of Santa Monica operated structure #2 which is adjacent to Emeritus on Second St. between Arizona and Wilshire. Parking in the city of Santa Monica lots is free for two hours. Each additional half hour costs $1.00. SMC maps, transportation, & parking information is accessible at

Parking is free on the weekend at the SMC Performing Arts Center @ 1310 11th Street, and at the AET campus at 1660 Stewart Street and SMC main campus.
